The agreement
These terms are a contract between the company that creates an Exeo workspace ("you") and EXEOHUB LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17482655) with its registered office at SIU Offices, 4 - 6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF, United Kingdom ("Exeo"). By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation you agree to them. If you use Exeo on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
Exeo provides field-service management software: client records, scheduling, quotes, invoicing, payments tracking, messaging, reports, and a mobile app for the workforce. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan during a paid term.
Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for your workspace and the people you invite:
- Keep credentials confidential and use accurate account information.
- Only invite people authorised to see your business data.
- Deactivate team members promptly when they leave.
- Notify us immediately at support@exeocrm.com about any suspected breach.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or store data you have no right to store.
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or bypass usage limits.
- Reverse-engineer the software except where the law permits it.
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
Your data
Everything your team puts into Exeo remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and back it up in order to run the service. You can export your data at any time; how we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed monthly per workspace and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials are free for 30 days; when a trial ends without a paid plan the workspace becomes read-only. Price changes never apply mid-term, and we give at least 30 days' notice before renewal.
You can cancel anytime from Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
Availability & support
We target 99.9% monthly availability and publish live status at /status. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled off-peak. Support is provided per your plan (email, priority, or phone).
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and Exeo's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for willful misconduct or where the law forbids limits.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend a workspace that materially breaches these terms, after notice and a chance to fix the breach where practical. You may terminate at any time by cancelling. After termination the data-retention windows from the Privacy policy apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are announced to workspace owners by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
