Can I record partial payments?
Yes. Record cash, card, transfer, or cheque payments; the invoice tracks the balance and marks itself paid at zero.
Does Exeo handle UK VAT?
Yes. A UK workspace starts in pounds sterling with VAT at 20%, and each invoice can be VAT inclusive, exclusive, or without VAT. Each client's VAT and company registration numbers are kept on their record.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Quotes, invoices, and statements each open on their own secure link. Your client approves or declines without a password, and the link expires on its own.
Do I have to chase unpaid invoices myself?
No. Exeo sends a courtesy note before the due date and follows up after it on a schedule you set, including when to stop. Reminders go out in the morning in your workspace's time zone, never overnight.
Is there a free trial?
