Our story
Why we build it
Exeo started inside a cleaning company that had outgrown its whiteboard. The office lived in spreadsheets, the workforce lived in group chats, and every month someone re-typed the same work into an invoice template.
We built the tool we wished existed: one system where a priced quote becomes a scheduled job, a completed visit becomes an invoice, and a recorded payment closes the loop, while the workforce handles the field side from their phones.
Today Exeo runs cleaning teams in London. The rule hasn't changed: if it doesn't save the team time, it doesn't ship.
