One-week process

Interviews shouldn't take a season. Four steps, and you always know where you stand.

  1. Intro call

    A 30-minute call with the hiring manager to see if it's a good fit for both sides.

  2. Practical exercise

    A small, paid, time-boxed task close to the real work.

  3. Team conversations

    Two calls with future teammates about how you work.

  4. Offer

    A written offer within three days of the last conversation.
